Our objective is to provide every possible assistance to Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB) who wish to do business with the Army. We offer information on procurement opportunities and guidance on procurement procedures. The Army's Mentor-Protégé Program (MPP) provides opportunities for SDBs to be mentored by Army prime contractors.  A special initiative under the Army MPP seeks successful graduates of the SBA's 8(a) Program and other succesful SDBs who wish to act as mentors to emerging 8(a) contractors.
