We offer information on procurement opportunities and guidance on procurement procedures. The Army's Mentor-Protégé Program (MPP) provides opportunities for SDBs to be mentored by Army prime contractors.  A special initiative under the Army MPP seeks successful graduates of the SBA's 8(a) Program and other succesful SDBs who wish to act as mentors to emerging 8(a) contractors.
